We are looking for a skilled conversion rate optimisation strategist who will plan and build marketing experiments across a variety of landing pages, sign-up funnels, email campaigns and more.
You will make our ventures more user-friendly and intuitive to convert more visitors into customers, by designing & implementing A/B tests and experiments that enhance user experience.
A successful candidate should be an analytical and creative online marketer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems. We also expect you to have strong experience building & executing split tests and working with various CRO tools.
Analyse data to generate experiment hypotheses across our portfolio of ventures (inc. SaaS tools, comparison sites, affiliate landing pages & more).
Perform concept and usability testing and gather feedback
Build split test experiments using tools such as VWO & Optimizely
Build, prioritise & manage a pipeline of CRO changes/tests
Build wireframes and prototypes for A/B tests to be built/designed
Collaborate with UI designers & developers to implement attractive designs
Discuss design ideas and prototypes with developers
Stay informed about competitor products and industry trends
Monitor conversion rates of key pages / steps in our marketing funnel & brainstorm methods to increase them.
3+ years' experience of working in a mid-senior level digital marketing role
Significant experience with A/B testing software (you must be comfortable with the entire process of running A/B test experiments using a tool like VWO from brainstorming ideas to analysing the results).
Excellent knowledge of conversion rate optimisation & web usability
Experience in project management and research will be a bonus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with business-oriented approach
