We're looking for a VP / Senior Product Manager to organise product development and lead growth & optimisation for our portfolio of SaaS ventures. Your duties will include translating ideas into strategy and features, and following product development from start to finish.

A successful candidate should be a curious leader with a knack for solving problems and understanding which ideas will and which won’t work using a healthy blend of data and customer insight.

Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 + bonus on venture exits
Full-time remote (UK-only)

Your responsibilities:

You'll work with the CEO and Tech Lead to determine what we build, and will be responsible for the following areas:

  • Go-to-market strategy - When we build a new venture, you'll lead the process of discovering what customers want, how we position the product, and what our go-to-market strategy is.

  • Product strategy - You'll develop high-level strategies for our ventures that are aligned with the company vision and collaborate with team leads to create product plans.

  • Data strategy - You'll collect and analyse product data and feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products.

  • Growth & optimisation strategy - You'll be responsibile for improving growth metrics (e.g. retention, churn, activation) for existing ventures.

  • Managing cycles - we work in six week cycles. You'll be responsible for overseeing the work that goes into our cycles, validating ideas with data/research, and ensuring our engineering team focus on solving the right problems to achieve the product strategy.

Senior Product Manager requirements are:

  • 5+ years' experience as a Product Manager / Product Marketer or other relevant position
  • Significant experience in product lifecycle management and working with software engineering teams
  • Experience in product marketing
  • Significant experience growing a startup/SaaS business
  • Empathetic
  • Decisive, with strong organisational, planning, leadership and communication skills
  • Analytical problem-solving skills
